All hand-bound books, albums and boxes made by Prien are everything mass production is not. Each object is an original and exclusive design meant to be cherished and enjoyed every time one sees or feels the object, like a photo album that has been in the family for ages: still beautiful and very special.
Prien tries to keep her ecological footprint to a minimum by using environment-friendly dies and recycled materials whenever possible. For instance, her own cereal boxes end up as the covers of small booklets. Prien believes that attractive and sustainable designs go hand in hand with a healthy and green planet.
